The long-awaited Breyer 2008 Holiday Horse “Noelle”, and the Breyer 2008 Holiday Horse Stirrup Ornament have arrived! A must-have for collectors of the Breyer Holiday Series.

Breyer’s Noelle is a stunning traditional size model in the popular “Goffert” Friesian mold and is 12^th in the Breyer holiday series. Delicately adorned with a blanket embroidered in gold, snowflake tassels and a white dove resting above a message that reads “Peace on Earth”. A truly elegant holiday horse that is perfect for gift giving and holiday displays!

The Breyer 2008 Holiday Horse Stirrup Ornament is a detailed replica of Noelle, framed in a silver stirrup and is 10^th in the Breyer Collectible Holiday Ornament Series.

Series 12, the Summer 2008 release of new Trail of Painted Ponies figurines have arrived. Eight new stunning designs from well known pony artists feature a variety of themes. Sure to be a collector favorite, For Spacious Skies by artist Janet Snyder is a beautiful patriotic portrait of several famous U.S. landmarks, memorials and monuments. This series also includes four new Native American themed ponies: Runs the Bitterroot (artist Kevin Kilhoffer), Sun Dance (artist Joyce Kennedy), Kachina Pony (artist Maria Ryan) and Wounded Knee (artist Vickie Knepper). Three western themed ponies round out the series with Bunkhouse Bronco (artist Lynn Bean) as a tribute to the traditional cowboy bunkhouse of the old west, Stagecoach Pony (artist Johanna Enriquez), honoring the days of stagecoach travel, and last but not least, Rolling Thunder featuring a herd of buffalo beneath a darkening storm sky splintered with lightning bolts.

Gathering rave reviews, The Ultimate Hoof Pick is one that really lives up to its name. Not exactly your typical wimpy metal pick, it is well-designed with lots of features that make it worth the price. The blade is finally angled properly to clean with a lot less effort and the handle makes it a dream to use and easy to hold on to. Not to mention, it just looks plain cool!

Introducing “Leo”, a domestic long-hair cat who showed up here at Auburn Pet one day, thin and incredibly hungry. Although he’s actually been here a little while, we waited to formally introduce him until he had time to regain his health and be ready for his staff photo. Of course, serving in his official position of product tester, he’s gained a few pounds and grown a bit, and loves his job! His favorite products are his Four Paws Ultimate Combo Brush and Zuke’s Natural Purrz Cat Treats.

Traveling to shows this summer despite the awful gas prices? We’ve put together a few important things not to forget to take along on the trip.

Spare Tire for truck & trailer & jack or Trailer Aid
First Aid Kit for horses & people
Spare Halters & Leads
Fly Spray & Grooming Supplies
Fans & Extension Cords
Plenty of feed, hay & bedding & water & feed buckets too
Water from home or Gatorade to flavor unfamiliar water for picky horses
Baby wipes – always handy for quick cleanups
Water hose, shampoo
Stain remover or waterless shampoo for those last minute touch ups
Registration paperwork, health papers & Coggins – obvious but often forgotten
Camera and/or video camera
And of course…duct tape!
